Objectifs

Programme :
The program is organized in intensive seminars which will take place in Grenoble from 25 February to 29 February 2008 for the first module and from 7 April to 18 April 2008 for the following two modules. There are a total of 108 hours of lectures for the Diploma. The following three modules make up the course content: The Management Consultant: Process and Tools Corporate Business Process for Consultants Developing Consulting Expertise Attendance is mandatory for all three modules. To obtain the diploma students are also required to submit a Consulting project under the supervision of an international consultant.
