- Être titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle obtenu avec une moyenne jugée satisfaisante. La moyenne obtenue au terme de la scolarité du 1er cycle doit être au moins équivalente à celle exigée par l'université d'origine pour l'admission de ses propres étudiants dans un programme de 2e cycle.
